Important Information to Note
To apply for a Permanent Rental Apartment, you will be required to complete an Application Form. The Application process generally takes 48 hours / equivalent to two working days.
An Apartment Lease is a minimum of three months, however this is subject to change.
Upon the approval of a Permanent Rental Application, Springwood Tower Apartment Hotel requires the First Two week's of Rent, and Bond (equivalent to four weeks rent) to both be paid on arrival.
Apartment Availability cannot be guaranteed or held longer than 2 weeks in advance & is Subject to Change.
Electricity & Gas (for Hot Water) are Extra Charges on top of Weekly Rent, these Utilities are individually metered so your exact usage & a supply fee will be charged on a monthly basis.
Our Accounting Policy for Utilities & Extras is payment 14 days from Date Invoice is Issued.
Telephone & Internet may already be connected to Hotel Supply, if so only Telephone calls will be charged when made at a nominal per pulse fee. Hotel wi-fi is via Ethernet port or WiFi access point, supply is limited but not currently charged.
If Telephone or Internet Connections are outsourced. This will be at the cost of the Tenant solely and must be reconnected to the original supply before departure at the tenant’s cost.
Car Park Allocations apply for all Permanent Rentals. One & Two Bedroom Apartments will be allocated 1 Parking Bay, Three & Four Bedroom Apartments will be allocated 2 Parking Bays. These allocations will be within our Secure Basement Parking of the Hotel. Visitors may park anywhere around the building premises on the ground level.
