TRANSPORT & PARKING

Yes. The accommodation comes with the complimentary parking. 

2m in basement level 1, 1.9m in basement level 2. Additional outdoor parking is available onsite too.

No, we currently do not offer this facility.

Springwood has a major bus station – this is a 5-10 minute easy stroll from the hotel.

FACILITIES

No, unfortunately not. With approval you may be able to utilise the outdoor pool at our sister property – Hotel Gloria. Hotel Gloria is a short walk away. 

The apartments all have full kitchens with common appliances & utensils needed. We also have BBQs onsite for use. 

All apartments are fully self contained with a Washing Machine, Dryer & Laundry Tub. For hotel guests, detergents are supplied. 

Yes, the hotel has 2 lifts to access accommodation levels using your apartment key,

No, our apartments do not meet all criteria required to be classed as accessible however public area access & facilities are accessible. The ground floor also features accessible bathrooms. 

Yes, our ground floor and level one outlets & offices have access to public bathrooms. The ground floor bathrooms also have baby change & accessible facilities. 

HOTEL STAY

Our check in time is from 2pm. An early arrival may be possible but we cannot guarantee unless you have booked the room for the night prior. We would suggest you let us know when booking & call the night before or early the morning of to confirm availability. We can store luggage at Reception if the room is not available early. 

Our standard check out time is 11am which is quite comfortable for most travellers. We do however have pricing on some alternative late departure options (subject to availability)

For Hotel Bookings, the accommodation must be paid via credit card prior to arrival. Credit card details are required at time of booking. Valid ID will also be requested on arrival from the guest/s. 

18 years & over, an adult must always be in the apartment if children are staying. 

Upon check in, you will be supplied with a Hotel Swipe Key. This will be used for under cover parking, hotel lifts & for the apartment’s door. 

Most bookings with have a 24 hour cancellation policy. This is our standard cancellation policy. If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the 2pm check in time then a penalty of the first night’s accommodation charge would apply. Bookings with different policies would generally be Group bookings, special packages or negotiated corporate rates. 

 Yes, if applicable a penalty of the first night’s accommodation charge would apply. 

MISC

There is Coles, Woolworths & a small shopping mall nearby – this is around 10-15 minutes walk.

No pets are allowed for hotel stays & in permanent rental apartments unless they are certified assistance animals. 

No, but outside of our extensive operating hours we have a security mobile for late arrivals & any after hours assistance.

We do have a dedicated outdoor smoking area due to having a bar onsite. Apartments are all non-smoking but we do also have balconies to each apartment.
